paralysing-sadness:

Don’t try to lose yourself as you try to be the person you were before your sadness. You’re someone different now, and that’s okay. People are constantly changing and growing, and you’re so much stronger now. Experiences (however awful) make you who you are, and that’s completely fine. You’re amazing and a damned good person, regardless of your mental illness.
